Order Status
Check the status of any of your orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.
When you click Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your e-mail address and password. An Order Summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has not been processed, you may modify or cancel your order from this page.
If your order has been shipped via UPS®, you may track it using links provided in your order detail. It may take up to one (1) business day for your information to be posted on the UPS Web site.
Order Tracking
When you sign up as a member, the Blue Moon Store online store will automatically record your purchases. If you would like to review previous purchases from Blue Moon Store, just visit the service section of the site.
How do I know for sure that you've received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation detailing your order information. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please call us at 1-800-443-8242. (9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Mountain time, Monday - Saturday).
E-Mail Confirmation of Order Shipment
For your convenience, you will receive an e-mail confirmation on the day your order ships from our warehouse. Please be sure that you give us a correct and updated e-mail address. If for some reason you have entered an invalid or incorrect email address, please contact us via email or phone so we may update your Member information profile.
Why do you require a signature at the time of delivery?
At Blue Moon Store when it comes to anything related to drinking alcohol beverages, we believe that 21 Means 21®. Our products feature beer logos and are intended for adults of legal drinking age. We do our best to ensure that our merchandise does not get into the wrong hands by requesting a signature at the time of delivery for apartments, rooms, and dormitories on college campuses. If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery, we encourage you to ship your package to your place of business. We also require a signature for any orders over $150.00 for your own protection against identity theft.
Changing an Order/Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the order that you would like to cancel.
If you need to cancel an item/items, change sizes/quantities, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number and the item numbers with sizes, if applicable, to ensure accuracy.
Please Note: If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel or modify it.
